Frequently Asked Questions

What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ) for this rattan desktop basket?

The standard MOQ is 1,000 pieces per SKU. For mixed SKUs across our rattan and woven basket range, we can consolidate into one container on a case-by-case basis — please contact our sales team with your assortment list.

What material is used, and is the basket finished with any chemicals?

It is handwoven from 100% natural rattan cane, sun-dried and lightly polished. We do not apply heavy lacquers or chemical coatings; the basket retains its natural look and light aroma. It is intended for dry storage only.

Do you offer OEM/ODM customization?

Yes. We support custom diameter, height, weave pattern (open weave, tight weave, ribbed), color tone (natural, bleached, washed-grey, walnut-stained), private-label tags, barcoded hangtags, and retail-ready packaging such as shrink-wrap, belly bands, or printed cartons.

What is the lead time for bulk orders?

Standard lead time is 35–40 days after deposit for in-stock designs. Custom colors, sizes, or branded packaging typically require an additional 7–10 days for sample confirmation before bulk production.

Which trade and payment terms do you accept?

We work with FOB, CIF, and EXW from Ho Chi Minh Port. Payment terms are T/T (30% deposit, 70% against copy of B/L), L/C at sight for established buyers, and Western Union for sample fees.

Can I request a sample before placing a bulk order?

Yes. Customized samples are available at a sample fee that is refundable against a confirmed bulk purchase order of MOQ quantity or above. Sample air freight is paid by the buyer.

How should the basket be cared for in retail or home use?

Keep the basket in a dry, well-ventilated area and avoid prolonged direct sunlight or damp conditions to preserve the natural rattan fibers. Wipe clean with a dry or slightly damp cloth — do not soak.
